Refund Policy

Software Products โ Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment if the product does not work on your platform after following our setup instructions and contacting support. Refunds are not available for subsequent billing cycles.
Software Products โ Lifetime Licenses
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work on your platform (MT4 or MT5) after following our setup instructions and contacting support. We require a support ticket to have been opened before approving a lifetime license refund.
Custom Programming Services (Edge Lab CODE)
A 50% deposit is required before work commences. This deposit is non-refundable once development has begun. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed code. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available if: you simply changed your mind; the EA underperformed in live trading (past performance is not guaranteed); you did not follow the setup documentation; you purchased for a prop firm challenge that you subsequently failed.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@tradeedgelab.com with your order ID, registered email, and description of the issue. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
